Youth Progression Notes

Since the launch of Youth Progression on March 1, 2017 we started with 525 players in the Youth Progression Pathway and to date we are at 1,289 players.

The Youth Progression is growing at a steady rate and we are so happy to have players wanting to play more Orange Ball and Green Ball tournaments.

There are always Orange Ball and Green Ball tournaments every weekend which is a one day round robin of play.

Players can accumulate their stars and trophies by participating in tournaments, Junior Team Tennis and Early Development Camps. For more information on Youth Progression in the SoCal Section, please visit our website http://www.socaljuniortennis.com/youth-progression.html.

USTA League, the country’s largest adult recreational tennis league, gets hundreds of thousands of participants nationwide competing, exercising and enjoying the camaraderie of teammates. Tennis is the sport of a lifetime! Play is based on the National Tennis Rating Program (NTRP) rating system so you will play with and against players of similar ability. Whether you are new to the game or a former player, there’s a spot for you. USTA League also offers you and your teammates a chance to advance from local play to USTA League National Championship events.
